DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN HUE – EXPLORE THE IMPERIAL CITY
The tour guide and drive will welcome and pick you up from the airport and take you to Hue. Vietnam’s former imperial capital and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel for check-in.
Begin your tour with a visit to the Imperial Citadel, home to the Nguyen Dynasty’s palaces and temples. Explore the Forbidden Purple City, Ngo Mon Gate, and Thai Hoa Palace, all steeped in history and grandeur.
Take a leisurely stroll along the Perfume River and enjoy dinner at a riverside restaurant.
DAY 2: HUE ROYAL TOMBS – SCENIC TRANSFER TO DA NANG
After breakfast, explore two of Hue’s most iconic royal tombs:Tomb of Minh Mang, set in a tranquil forested area.
Tomb of Khai Dinh, a blend of traditional Vietnamese and European architecture.
Enjoy a scenic drive along the famous Hai Van Pass, known as the "Ocean Cloud Pass," with panoramic views of the coastline and lush mountains. Stop at Lang Co Beach for photos.
Arrive in Da Nang, check in to your hotel, and enjoy a relaxing evening. Explore the city’s vibrant night scene, including the illuminated Dragon Bridge.
DAY 3: DA NANG HIGHLIGHTS – TRANSFER TO HOI AN
Begin your day with a visit to the Marble Mountains, a cluster of limestone hills filled with caves, pagodas, and breathtaking viewpoints.Continue to the Cham Museum, which houses the largest collection of Cham artifacts in the world.
After lunch, visit Son Tra Peninsula and marvel at the towering Lady Buddha Statue, offering stunning views of Da Nang’s coastline.Transfer to Hoi An, an ancient trading port, and check in to your hotel.
Discover the charm of Hoi An Ancient Town on a guided walking tour. Visit iconic landmarks like the Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky Old House, and the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall. Experience the magical ambiance as lanterns light up the streets.
DAY 4: HOI AN – MY SON SANCTUARY
After breakfast, journey to My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site and spiritual hub of the ancient Champa Kingdom. Wander through the atmospheric temple ruins surrounded by lush mountains.
Return to Hoi An for lunch. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Choose from several activities:Cycling tour to Tra Que Vegetable Village.
Relaxing at An Bang Beach.
Take part in a lantern-making workshop.
Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant or explore the vibrant Hoi An Night Market.
DAY 5: CAM THANH COCONUT VILLAGE – OPTIONAL BA NA HILLS
Start the day with a visit to Cam Thanh Coconut Village. Enjoy a fun basket boat ride through the peaceful water coconut groves and learn about local fishing techniques.
Option 1: After lunch, head to Ba Na Hills, known for its breathtaking views and attractions like the Golden Bridge and French Village.
Option 2: Free time to relax or continue exploring Hoi An.
Celebrate your last evening with a farewell dinner in Hoi An.
DAY 6: DEPARTURE FROM DA NANG
After breakfast, enjoy some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Hoi An.
Transfer to Da Nang International Airport for your departure, taking with you unforgettable memories of Central Vietnam.
