DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN HANOI

Welcome to Vietnam! Upon your arrival at Noi Bai Airport, a private driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel in the heart of Hanoi. After checking in, take some time to relax and get acquainted with the vibrant surroundings. You can explore the neighborhood, enjoy the hotel’s facilities, or simply unwind after your journey.

In the evening, dive into Hanoi's culinary scene, take a peaceful stroll around the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake, or continue to relax at the hotel. Be sure to get a good night’s rest as you prepare for exciting adventures ahead!

DAY 2: NINH BINH EXCURSION

Departing from Hanoi at 7:30 AM, we head south towards Ninh Binh province. As we travel along National Highway No. 1, the scenic drive showcases the peaceful countryside with its lush rice paddies and charming villages.

Around 10:00 AM, we arrive at the Tam Coc boat station, where you'll embark on a 2-hour sampan ride along a serene river. The journey takes you through towering limestone mountains and mysterious caves adorned with stunning stalactites, in a landscape often called the "Inland Halong Bay" for its dramatic beauty.

After the boat ride, enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local specialties at a nearby restaurant. In the afternoon, we transfer to Hang Mua, where you'll begin a hike up 500 steps to reach the summit of Ngoa Long Mountain. From the top, you'll be rewarded with an incredible 360-degree panoramic view of the breathtaking karst landscape.

Once you've had time to admire the view and capture some photos, you'll descend and begin the journey back to Hanoi, concluding a full day of adventure!

DAY 3: HANOI - SAPA

Early in the morning, around 7:30 AM, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi to embark on a scenic drive to Sapa via the Noi Bai – Lao Cai Highway, Vietnam's longest highway. As you travel from the Red River Delta through the midlands to Lao Cai province, take in the picturesque landscapes along the way.

Arriving in Sapa around noon, you'll enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before transferring to Sa Xéng Village for the start of your trek. On the way, there will be a stop to photograph the beautiful Muong Hoa Valley.

In the afternoon, begin your trek from Hau Thao along a small back road that winds through the picturesque valley. This mostly downhill trek will offer stunning views of rice terraced fields and lead you through several local villages. After completing the trek, return to Sapa town, where you'll check into your hotel for the night.

Dinner is not included, giving you the freedom to explore Sapa's diverse dining options on your own.

DAY 4: SAPA - HANOI

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you'll be picked up at 8:30 AM for a scenic drive to the trekking point at Y Linh Ho Village, nestled in the beautiful Muong Hoa Valley. As the largest valley in the Sapa region, Muong Hoa is known for its lush rice terraces and rocky riverbeds, making it a perfect backdrop for your trek.

The trek begins with a gentle descent into the valley, offering stunning views of the terraced fields—one of the day's highlights. After crossing a small suspension bridge over the river, the trek continues uphill, providing a rewarding challenge with panoramic views over the valley.

The trek concludes at Lao Chai Village, where your private vehicle will be waiting. On the return journey, enjoy the magnificent scenery of Muong Hoa Valley once more. A delicious lunch will be served at a local restaurant along the way.

In the afternoon, you’ll make your way back to Hanoi, bringing a fulfilling day of exploration to a close.

DAY 5: HIGHLIGHTS OF HANOI

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel.

Begin your exploration at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where you will learn about the life and legacy of Vietnam’s beloved leader, Uncle Ho.

Visit Uncle Ho's house on stilts, an important historical site that reflects his simple lifestyle and dedication to the Vietnamese people.

Next, head to the One Pillar Pagoda, a unique temple built on a single stone pillar, renowned for its architectural beauty.

Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, where you can admire its serene gardens and learn about its historical significance.

Enjoy a quick lunch break at a local restaurant to refuel for the afternoon.

After lunch, visit Hoa Lo Prison, known as the "Hanoi Hilton" during the Vietnam War. Gain insight into the country’s history of struggle and resistance through its exhibits.

Next, explore the Women's Museum, which highlights the important role of women in Vietnam's history and culture, showcasing their contributions through various exhibits.

Evening:

Your last stop of the day will be at Hoan Kiem Lake. Visit Ngoc Son Temple and learn about the legend of the lake and its significance to the people of Hanoi.

DAY 6: HANOI - HALONG BAY

Today, prepare for a magical adventure to one of the world’s most famous natural wonders: Halong Bay, just 2.5 hours away from Hanoi. Around noon, you’ll set sail to explore the breathtaking scenery of this UNESCO World Heritage site, recognized as one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature.

As you cruise on a luxurious yacht, you’ll be captivated by the sight of hundreds of limestone towers rising majestically from the pristine blue waters. The day is filled with exciting activities, including kayaking, swimming, and exploring the stunning limestone caves. For the adventurous, there’s even the chance to try your hand at squid fishing.

Delicious meals will be served on board, allowing you to savor local flavors while soaking in the incredible views. As the sun sets, you’ll retreat to your comfortable cabin, setting the stage for a night of tranquility on the bay. DAY 7: HALONG BAY - DEPARTURE

Witness the sun rising majestically over the Gulf of Tonkin and setting behind the picturesque islands and limestone outcrops.
