Booking Your Holiday with Epic Vietnam Tours

Booking a holiday with us is simple! Follow the steps below to start planning your private journey with Epic Vietnam Tours:

Browse through our website to find the perfect package for your holiday. When you find one you like, fill out the REQUEST A FREE QUOTE form, and we’ll respond with detailed pricing information. Can’t find what you’re looking for? No problem! Fill out the BUILD YOUR OWN TRIP or CONTACT form to let us know how you'd like your holiday to be. The more details you provide, the better we can tailor your experience. Click SEND, and one of our travel specialists will reach out shortly.

STEP 2: REVIEW & CUSTOMIZE YOUR OFFER

Once we receive your request, we’ll start putting together your personalized itinerary, checking availability, and providing you with pricing information. You’ll have the opportunity to review and customize the proposal with the help of your travel specialist. Feel free to adjust, add, or remove any details until the itinerary perfectly suits your preferences. Our goal is to turn your travel dreams into reality by working closely with you and sharing our destination knowledge and experience.

STEP 3: CONFIRM & PAY

Once you're happy with the proposal, let us know, and we’ll proceed with securing your bookings. Please review and accept our Booking Conditions at this stage. Your contact person will confirm all reservations, and we’ll request a deposit to secure your booking. You can find more details on our Payment Method page. After we receive your deposit or full payment, we’ll send you a Confirmation Voucher with all the details of your tour itinerary and payment schedule (if applicable). Then, it’s time to start counting down to your epic journey!

BOOKING AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Booking Amendment: We understand the importance of flexibility and are happy to amend your booking if necessary, even after it’s confirmed. Contact your travel specialist or email us at sales@epicvietnamtours.com, including your booking number. We’ll make the necessary adjustments based on your preferences, but please note that extra costs may apply.

Cancellations & Penalties:

• 30% non-refundable deposit due at the time of confirmation

• 60 - 46 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty

• 45 - 31 days prior to arrival: 75% penalty

• 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% penalty

Cancellation fees may vary for certain custom itinerary tours, and your Epic Vietnam Tours consultant will provide the details before you make your reservation.
